We use a cutter-compactor to convert light plastic waste (PIR/PCR) into clean, dense flakes. The machine heats the material by friction and cuts it into small, uniform pieces. After screening and metal removal, each batch is checked to maintain size (8–12 mm) and low moisture.

The process controls temperature to prevent degradation while improving bulk density. This makes the material easy to handle and process. The final flakes have stable melt flow and good consistency, making them suitable for compounding, extrusion, and injection at lower cost.

Traceable Feedstock Collection.

We source clean PIR/PCR scrap, sort it carefully, and prepare for safe regrinding.

We collect clean plastic scrap from trusted partners. Each batch is weighed, checked for polymer type, color, and contamination, then sorted and packed in jumbo bags for safe handling. This ensures traceability, steady supply, and consistent quality.

We record supplier details and accept only single-grade, non-mixed scrap to reduce processing risk and ensure good performance. The material is stored in a controlled environment to prevent moisture and contamination.
